The festival will be located Richmond's Historic Church Hill at Broad and 25th Streets with several connecting streets closed to traffic.
Entrances will be located at:
- 24th & Broad
- 26th & Broad
- 23rd & Broad
There will be a family section with children’s activities located in the park. No Alcohol will be permitted in this area.
